Solutions for each transfer error message

-Handshaking ERROR-GP not Responding/ERROR, Cannot Transfer Data

1. Confirm that the GP power supply is not turned OFF.

2.

Confirm that GP is not in Offline Mode. If it is, switch to the [Screen Data Transfer] screen and transfer the data again.

  * In case that you connect PLC made by Mitsubishi Electric Corporation with the internal 2-port feature, please make sure to set [Screen Data Transfer] when transfer.

3.

Check the transfer cable connection.

Confirm that it is firmly connected to the tool connector on the GP side and to the serial port on the PC side.

4. Check the serial port settings of PC.

Confirm that the serial port does not have such settings that it is used as a modem or infrared ray.

5. In case that you use the 9-25 pin or 14-25 pin conversion connector for the GPW-CB02 or GP430-CU02-M transfer cable, wiring may not be correct.

6. Confirm that the power-saving mode is not set if the PC in use is NECPC-9801 Notebook.

If it is set, turn OFF the power-saving mode on the system settings of PC.

7. If you can not avoid these errors even by confirming with the above, perform Force System Setup.

From the menu bar of Transfer, select [Setup] -> [Transfer Settings]. Change the Setup to [Force System Setup] and transfer.

8. If you can not transfer even after force system setup, please contact your local GP distributor after confirming "whether you can transfer from other PCs or not", "whether you can transfer to other GPs or not", and " whether you can transfer with other cables or not".
