 FAQ
 The dialog box says [Protocol file not found] when transfer the file.

Possible Factors
 
1. The necessary [Protocol File] might have been deleted or moved from the folder of the Screen Create Software that had been installed on PC.

2.		 There is a possibility that the necessary [Protocol File] was not installed properly when it was installed on PC.

Solution
 
Please install the Screen Creation Software again.

At that time, please select [Normal] , not [Custom] as install setup type.
