 What is the cause of the error display (Red Lamp) of FlexNetwork's I/O Terminal?

Please check the following 4 points.

1.Is it correctly wired?
2.Are the settings of each DIP switch correct?
3.Has the Configuration I/O been set as wired？
4.Is it set as "Enable I/O" in the Editor side?
5.Have the Logic Program been run before?
