 When I checked the accuracy of the Timer instruction, there is a time error of about 1 second in every 10 minutes. Why?

The Timer used for the Timer instruction is based on the CPU clock. Since the CPU clock is not the frequency of the integral multiplication, 0.2% of the time error occurs.
