32.5.1 Operating Environment
Connects with an external PLC simulator.
Sets a connection between GP=Pro EX and the external PLC simulator.
Select to check display unit operations with the PLC.
When you want to check screen operations only, clear the [Connects with an external PLC simulator] check box.
32.2 Checking Display Unit operations on the Computer
Please select the equipment that will be connecting to the external PLC simulator.
Device/PLC
Select the name of the driver for simulation.
Select the driver name as set up in the [System Settings] window, [Device/PLC] tab's [Series] field.
Device Name
Select the device name associated with the driver selected in the [Device/PLC] setting.
Select the device name as set up in the [System Settings] window, [Device/PLC] page's individual driver tabs.
Select Connection Type
You can set up when the [Connects with an external PLC simulator] check box is selected.
The supported CPUs are different depending on the device/PLC manufacturer you are using.
