Parts ID
Parts are automatically assigned an ID number.
Special Data Display ID: SP_**** (4 digits)
The letter portion is fixed. You can change the number portion to within the range of 0000 and 9999.
Comment
The comment for each Part can be up to 20 characters.
Display Unit
Select which type to use.
Data Transmission
Displays a list of the recipe data (CSV data) condition names on the display unit. Transfers the selected recipe data between the CF Card/USB storage and the device/PLC.

Filing
Displays the recipe filing data in a list on the screen, and transfers the selected recipe from the display unit backup SRAM to the device/PLC.25.16.1 Filing Display
Show CSV *2
Displays the CSV data (for example, recipe data, alarm history data, sampling data) saved on the CF Card/USB storage. You can also edit or print the data. The [File Manager] and [Data Transmission] display parts are used together.25.9.2 Show CSV
File Manager
The File Manager displays folders and files saved in the CF Card /USB storage on the display unit. You can copy data between the CF Card and USB storage. You can also select and play movie files stored in the CF Card or the FTP Server.25.9.3 File Manager
