From the [Display Unit]'s [Remote Viewer] page, when [Proface Remote HMI] is enabled together with the Pro-face Remote HMI Server installed, use different port numbers. If port numbers conflict, only the first launched application will run.
If Operation Lock is enabled on the display unit, the connected Pro-face Remote HMI displays the IP address that is the source of the operation lock.
As shown below, if the display unit has multiple LAN ports, the IP address of one of the multiple Ethernet settings is displayed. As a result, an IP address that is different from the actual IP address Pro-face Remote HMI communicates with may be displayed.
When using SP5000 Series
When using EZ LAN Adapter with GP4000 Series models with a LAN port (excluding GP-410*)
To check which models support EZ LAN Adapter, refer to the following.
1.5 Supported Features
On the GP4000H series, when both [Operation Switch] and [Pro-face Remote HMI] are set to [Enable], only monitoring is possible from the client. Operation from the client is not allowed.
When simultaneously connecting from multiple clients, do not assign 0 to [Monopolize touch]. If 0 is applied, momentary touch switches will not function correctly if touched simultaneously from multiple clients.
