Cause
The USB driver may not have been installed properly to your computer.
Solution
Follow the procedure below to check if the driver has been installed. The following procedure provides an explanation of cases in which a USB data transfer cable "CA3-USBCB-01", which is an optional part, is used, as an example.
Procedure for checking driver installation condition
From the [Control Panel] of your computer, select [Device Manager].
When [Device Manager] opens, double-click the [Universal Serial Bus Controller].
If you find [USB Link Cable (CA3-USBCB-01)] in the displayed list, the driver has been installed successfully.
If the mark is displayed to the left of [USB Link Cable (CA3-USBCB-01)], disconnect the USB cable from the PC and then reconnect it. After that, perform the installation procedure. For the installation procedure, see the following.
If the driver has not been installed, re-install it according to the procedure below.
Connect the computer and display unit using the USB cable.
If the USB cable driver has not been installed, the following dialog box appears. Install the driver according to the instructions.
Depending on the operating system's security level, the following [Hardware Installation] dialog box will be displayed while the USB drivers are being installed.
Click [Continue (C)] to start installation of the driver. After installation is completed, click [Complete].
