Cause
When connecting the GP-4100 Series (Monochrome Model) to the computer with a USB cable, repeatedly turning the GP-4100 Series (Monochrome Model) unit ON/OFF may cause the computer to not recognize the GP-4100 Series (Monochrome Model) unit any more.
Solution
Do the following to recognize the display unit again.
From the [Control Panel] of your computer, select [Device Manager].
When [Device Manager] opens, select [Universal Serial Bus Controller].
Right-click and then click [Scan for hardware changes].
