Are you using a display unit that has multiple LAN ports?
Cause
The IP address of the display units may be configured in the same network segment.
Solution
If the display unit has multiple LAN ports as per the display units below, do not set the same IP address on each LAN port. Normal communication will not be possible.
When using models with more than one LAN port
When using the EZ LAN Adapter with models that have one LAN port
Enter offline mode and redo the settings for each LAN's IP address from the [Display Unit] - [Ethernet].
