When GP-Viewer EX gets files from the server, it copies the server folder or file structure.
As a result, the server file path is added to the computer folder.
That path must not exceed 260 single-byte characters.

D: Hardware trouble.

A: Check the access rights.

B: Check available disk space.

C: Shorten the file path for the GP-Viewer EX configuration file.
(The server file path cannot change. Shorten the path on the computer.)

RFAA029

No reply from server.

A: The IP address of the server mistakes it.

A: Using a bit address type symbol variable with its element number other than 0.

B: The file from the server is corrupt.

A: On the server screen, when you use bit address type symbol variables, use only element [0].

B: Make a new server connection and get the files again. Reconnect to the server and retrieve all files. If recovery is not possible, upgrade GP-Viewer EX, or uninstall then re-install GP-Viewer EX.

A Place of a connection is the slave node of ether-multilink. GP-Viewer EX cannot be connected to the slave node.

The slave node of ether-multlink is not supporting a GP-Viewer EX function.

The master node of ether-mulitlink is supporting a GP-Viewer EX function. Examine a connection there.

RFAA036

Failed to get the file.

A: The file name is too long.

B: The file size is too large.

Check the files saved in external storage.

A: The file name should be 99 characters or less.

B: The size of one file should be less than 512 MB.

The destination node did not respond within the specified time. Please confirm that the network connection to the node has been properly established.

Check that the network and cables between this display unit and the target unit are properly established and connected.

REAA067

Communication with the destination Node stopped because the destination or local Node closed.

Check the destination node status (Whether the Display is on, and so on)

REAA068

Unable to connect to server. Server authentication failed.

The authentication information supplied from the viewer is incorrect.

Enter the correct authentication information from the viewer.

REAA069

You do not have permission to run the operation in the viewer.

The current security level of the viewer is not appropriate to perform the operation.

Set the security level of the viewer higher.

REAA070

[Write GP-Viewer Data] of the server setup is disable. The process can not be executed.

Writing to the connected device was attempted by the press of a switch from the viewer or other operation while [Write GP-Viewer Data] is set to disabled in the server.

This error occurs also when the screen is switched from the viewer in synchronization mode.

Check the connection between the master and slave units. Or, try the process again.

REAA073

Unable to run process. Reading operation lock settings is incomplete.

GP-Viewer EX may not complete reading of the operation lock setting from the server because the connection was just established.

Failed to write to SRAM.

A: A read load is applied to backup memory (SRAM).
