Solution
To install the .NET Framework, a network connection or installation media for the operating system is required.
When connected to a network
Connect to the network for the environment you are using, then start GP-Pro EX, Version Reverter, or the WinGP SDK.
Following the displayed message(s), install .NET Framework.
When not connected to a network
Insert the installation media for the operating system into the drive.
From the command prompt, execute [Execute as Administrator].
Launch the following command using the command prompt. "X:" Specifies the DVD drive or drive letter for the installation media.
