The area is registered twice.

The project file may not have been transferred successfully. Transfer the project file again. If the error remains after transferring, the unit may be broken. Contact the maker of the unit.

There is a problem with the system ROM on the I/O board.

There is a problem with the system RAM on the I/O board.

D-G line is disconnected, the slave unit is broken, or the power is not supplied.

Check if the D-G line is disconnected or if the slave unit is supplied with power. If the error remains after transferring, the unit may be broken. Contact the maker of the unit.

The error code remains until the controller is reset or the system variable #L_IOMasterDrv[0] (Control Address) is cleared.
