On the GP-4G01, if you cannot recover the system using the Recovery Tool, try a forced transfer of the project file.

For GP-4000 Series, if there is a problem with the operating system use the recovery tool.
Check the following to see if there are any problems with the operating system.
Models other than GP-4G01
[Setup] is displayed on the screen.
GP-4G01
The power LED (PWR) flashes orange for more than 20 seconds and the other LEDs remain off.
Procedure
Connect the computer and display unit using the USB data transfer cable.
From your computer's [Start] menu, click [GP-Pro EX *.*] (*.* indicates the version) - [Recovery Tool GP4000 Series] to start the Recovery Tool.
In the Recovery Tool, click [Start].
After recovery is complete, [Completed] is displayed and the display unit is reset. [Close]. Click to close the recovery tool.
After running recovery, if the previously displayed screen does not appear on the display unit, the project may be damaged. Use the Transfer Tool to resend the project.
