You can save the sampled data in an external storage in CSV format.
The sampling data (SA*****.csv) saved on an external storage can be analyzed using general spreadsheet software (such as Microsoft Excel) on a computer or used in databases.

Sampling data (SA*****.csv) in the external storage can be displayed on the display unit using a Special Data Display [File Manager] and Special Data Display [Show CSV].
