37.3.1 Procedure - Using GP-Viewer EX to View and Operate the Display Unit

Necessary Devices

• Display Unit. (See 1.5 Supported Features for supported models.)

• GP-Pro EX (Ver.2.10 or later)

• GP-Viewer EX key code (Product sold separately. Model: EX-VIEWER-LICENSE)

• Computer (for operating environment, refer to 37.1.2 Operating Environment - GP-Viewer EX.)

• LAN cable and HUB (Commercial product)

Procedure Outline

1. Start GP-Pro EX to create a new project file.

2. In GP-Pro EX, draw the screen interface. Set GP-Viewer EX Features and Security.

3. Transfer the project to the display unit.

4. Set up a license on the display unit.

5. Connect the display unit to the computer.

6. Install GP-Viewer EX on the computer.

7. Start GP-Viewer EX.
