31.8 Controlling External I/O in STC6000 Series and TM3 Module
The TM3 module model does not appear in the [I/O Driver] setting screen. In Supported TM3 Module Models, you can check which EX module models are associated with which TM3 models.
The setup process, error information, and limitations are the same as the EX module. Refer to 31.6 Controlling External I/O in LT3000 / STC6000 Series and EX Modules and replace all instances of “EX module” in the manual with "TM3 module".
There may be differences in the functions supported by TM3 module and the functions displayed by GP-Pro EX. For functions supported by TM3 module, refer to the TM3 module manual.
Sometimes the data range is different between the EX module and TM3 module. For example, if you set EXM-ALM3LT to TM3TM3, the TM3TM3 Thermocouple (J type) upper limit is 1000℃, but the upper limit displayed on GP-Pro EX or I/O monitor is the upper limit for EXM-ALM3LT, 1200℃.
