18.5 Importing/Exporting Text Table

1. You can export Text Tables from a project and save them as CSV or TXT files.
   The saved Text Table files (*.csv or *.txt) can then be edited in Microsoft Excel or another software.

2. You can also use the Text Tables (see (1)) in another project by importing the CSV or TXT file.
   By creating the Text Table file (*.csv or *.txt) in Microsoft Excel in advance, you can use the file in the project by importing the file.
   Users who do not have access to GP-Pro EX can still edit text data for translation into other languages in the project.
