Note:

  • Use this installer when customers who have used the one in "Applicable Version" want to update the product.
  • However, when the APL-SM3000 Software Mirroring Utility is used, update is not required.
  • In the case that you have a HDD without an OS installed and set "SATA AHCI Configuration" as "Enable" to install the following OS, use the AHCI driver (For Installation).
  • When you use the AHCI driver (For Installation) of the same version (Ver. 10.1.0.1008) for installation, update is not required.
  • Windows® XP Embedded users need to set the write filter to "Protect OFF" by using EWFSettingTool and then restart the system before the installation.

→ How to confirm your Software Revision

= Installation (This file is self-extracting.) =

  1. Click "AHCI_Update_Intel_10101008.exe" and download it to the appropriate folder.
  2. Double-click the downloaded file. (Any extraction destination will do.)
  3. When [OK] is clicked, the file is extracted. (If the same name file has already existed, it is overwritten.)
  4. Double-click the "iata_cd.exe" file that is extracted in Step 3 above to start the install.
  5. Complete the install by following the messages on the window.
  6. Restart the panel computer.
