Description

This is a tool to adjust the amount of communication data handled when collecting data with Pro-face IoT Gateway's Gateway mode.

"Divide Interrupt Maximum Word Size", the setting of "Interrupt Frequency", "Maximum Interrupt Time of HMI/PLC" and "Average Interrupt Time of HMI/PLC" can be monitored with this tool. The real time communication between HMI and PLC can be maintained by adjusting "Divide Interrupt Maximum Word Size" and the setting of "Interrupt Frequency".
Note

The format is a GP-Pro EX's project file. Transfer the file to Pro-face IoT Gateway with GP-Pro EX Ver. 4.08.000 or later. The screen of Performance Analysis Tool can be confirmed with GP-Viewer EX or Pro-face Remote HMI.

The basic manual displayed on the tool, is available in Japanese only. To combine it with your project file, copy this project file's base screen B5000, window screen W1800 and keyboard screen K2000 to your project file.
 
About usage
1. Click on the link "GP4G01_PerformanceAnalysisTool_V101.exe" in the box above to download the file to the desired folder.
2. After the download is finished, double-click on the "GP4G01_PerformanceAnalysisTool_V101.exe" file to open it.
3. After decompressing the project file for GP-Pro EX, "GP4G01_PerformanceAnalysisTool_V101.exe", transfer to Pro-face IoT Gateway by using GP-Pro EX Ver. 4.08.000 or later.
