Documents for various reports, such as production result daily and monthly reports are currently being handwritten. The combination of these two types of reporting can now be created automatically through an additional “report creation" feature. In addition to that the manufacturing recipe based on production can now be transmitted to the field equipment, as can the production instruction data. Moreover it is easy to implement without preparing special instruments or developing programs for the system structure.

1. The display is connected to the PC and various data is linked simultaneously
Not only is connected PLC equipment compatible with the GP3000 series, but also data and operation records, such as peripherals for bar code operators who have created data and wish to transfer onto PC with the Pro-Server EX. Data can be saved onto file and sent to the display or connected instrument without the requirement for programming. Example: The production data and alarm data can be collected onto PC so that the real-time data for the connected PLC in the display can then be edited directly via PC.

2. Save the data with a comprehensible form by using spreadsheet software
Not only can the collection data on Pro-Server EX be saved into CSV form but also data can be saved with a comprehensible form by using spreadsheet software. Example: Pro-Server EX is able to directly handwritten articles into files with the daily report format. Therefore this feature leads to oversight reduction and information-gathering tasks can be now automated. In addition not only numeric data but also the data captured for the display screen and the alarm message can now be automated. This means that various reports, such as failure reports can now be carried out automatically.

3. About 30 kinds of templates are readily available
About 30 kinds of templates such as daily/monthly report, downtime shifts, and preparation time graphs are readily available. All the settings can be completed easily by answering simple questions, therefore even beginners to find it easy to operate.

4. Delivered to display-on-display
All of Digital's GP3000 series can simultaneously connect to each other. By using this feature the display data that exists simultaneously in each connection line is integrated. Moreover this feature can check and look the front-end progress while suspending any operations.

Pro-Server EX can constantly store the latest condition of manufacturing data even if failure should occur.
