We have confirmed that the following symptom occurs in combination with GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.50.000 and the applicable products listed below.
The defect symptom and the corrective measures for this problem are indicated below.

Symptom Description

This symptom that touch operation may not be recognized occurs, caused by processing timing of touch panel input in combination with GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.50.000 and the following applicable products.
(This symptom does not occur when using the products except the following products.)

Applicable Products

This corresponds to products used in combination with GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.50.000 and the following products (Graphic Operator Interfaces and Screen Editor Software).

Screen Editor Software "GP-Pro EX" :

Measures

This symptom can be resolved by updating the GP-Pro EX to the latest version (Ver. 2.50.100), and then transfer a screen project file to a Graphic Operator Interface unit.

Please obtain the update module from the download site in our homepage*2 and update GP-Pro EX you use.
