GP-Pro EX:Important Notification for Users of OMRON C/CV/α series

We would like to express our appreciation for using Pro-face products.
We have confirmed that the following symptom occurs in GP-Pro EX.
The defect symptom and the corrective actions for this problem are indicated below.
We really apologize for causing you so much inconvenience.

Symptom description

When the PLC of OMRON C/CV/α series is in operation in "Program Mode" and GP-Pro EX is set to permit "Change to Monitor Mode", the PLC mode is changed to the "Monitor Mode" when you turn on the power with a display unit connected
(We confirmed that this symptom does not occur in other PLC products.)

Applicable version

• Before GP-Pro EX Ver.2.22.000
• Before OMRON C/CV series Hot Link driver V1.11.03

Measures

This symptom can be worked around by updating the GP-Pro EX Hot Link driver to the latest version (V1.11.04) and then transferring to a main unit, executing the following.

Obtain Update module from the download site in our homepage and update GP-Pro EX
