Outline

A problem, though it seems to be very rare, may be found for some models in the GP3000 Series and IPC Series. Please refer to the details of symptoms as follows.
When the surface of the touch panel is pressed hard for a long time in an environment with high temperature and high humidity, the surface sheet may stick to the glass panel even after the finger is removed from the panel, and the touch screen may not function properly for a few seconds due to this problem.
