The issue is that some GP and GLC units do not work after a backup file (Mem file), created by CF Memory Loader Tool, is downloaded to the units with GP-PRO/PB III C-Package03 Service Pack1.

| Description |
If a backup file (Mem file) created by the CF Memory Loader Tool function is downloaded to GP and GLC units by using a CF card with the CF Memory Loader Tool, these units do not function (nothing is showed on the screen).
The above phenomenon does not affect system download using a transfer cable.
If this phenomenon occurs, forced transfer using a transfer cable is necessary.
