We have confirmed the following symptoms at combination of GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.12 and LT4000M Series.
The symptom and corrective measures for this problem are indicated below.

Symptom descriptions
When transfer the project data to LT4000 Series by GP-Pro EX Ver. 3.12, battery error sometimes is displayed in HMI screen.
