We have confirmed that the following symptom occurs in some models of GP-Pro EX.
The symptom for this problem are indicated below.

Symptom
A background image is not displayed when GP-Pro EX opens a project file after upgrading to Ver. 3.01.200.
A background image is not saved if GP-Pro EX saves as it is.
A background image is not saved if GP-Pro EX saves as it is.
