For our valued customers who are using the anti-virus software "Virus Security ZERO®" by SOURCENEXT CORPORATION

Posted: February 12, 2009

Thank you very much for your continued business with Pro-face products.
This is to announce that we have found you may not be able to install our software (see below) if you use the anti-virus software "Virus Security ZERO®" sold by SOURCENEXT CORPORATION in Japan.
If this case is seen, please handle it with the "Solution" below.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

Case

If you install our software (see below) on your PC with the anti-virus software "Virus Security ZERO®" by SOURCENEXT CORPORATION installed, it may give a diagnosis that some files (such as a protocolInstaller.exe file) are infected with a Trojan horse virus (Trojan-PSW.Win32.OnLineGames.dza) during installation.

Applicable version

  • GP-Pro EX Ver. 2.2
  • Pro-Server EX Ver. 1.20
