We did an emergency maintenance of our Web server during the period stated below.
Details are described below.

For our support site called OtasukePro, the conditions of settable passwords have been changed to enhance security.

Conditions of settable passwords
We may do a system maintenance and so on in the future to enhance security. Your understanding and cooperation would be appreciated.
| Before | Enter a password between 8 and 16 one-byte alphanumeric characters. |

| After | Enter a password between 8 and 16 one-byte alphanumeric characters. A password must contain capital letters, small letters, and numbers. When a security level is low, your membership cannot be registered. Set a password whose security level is middle or high. |

Important notes for handling your ID/password
If you use a password that can be easily guessed by someone else, a third person may see your information.
Please manage your ID/password with enough care.

- Do not use the same password at multiple sites.
- Do not associate your password with anything personal such as names, birth dates and so on.
- Do not use character strings of a keyboard (asdf) or consecutive numbers (1234).
- Do not use the same character successively (aa11).
