When an external monitor is connected to the DVI port of SP5000 Series,
full-screen display is not possible.

If an external monitor is connected to the DVI port of SP5000 Series (Display Unit + SP-5B41) and the clone mode is selected,
the screen of the external monitor might not be displayed in a full-screen mode as shown below.

Because the external monitor is not compatible with the resolution of the SP5000, scaling does not run and this symptom appears.
To enable the full screen display, change the resolution to the one the external monitor is compatible with.
