This support also offers backup for the introduction of a system for sales of domestic products on the international market, Pro-face support centers and distributors provide a total support system. Provided by Pro-face, the "Pro-face Global Support" system will bring Security and Trust on a global basis.

We provide telephone as well as e-mail support for problems encountered when setting up a site or during operations. We also provide on-site service and support if needed.

When a customer purchases one of our products, we provide technical support for their planning and development efforts. Based on our long experience and the resulting know-how related to system introduction, as well as the countless inquires we have successfully handled, we have provided a support site, called the "Otasuke Pro!" site, in order to provide a full-range of consultation support contents.

Multi-language Screens Service
This service provides support for the translation of our customer's screens for localization. There are other languages available in addition to those listed on our web site, so please contact us for further consultations. We also have the capability to create images to meet your needs, and we would welcome your inquires in this regard.

Our web site provides access to the documents often necessary for export formalities, such as the "Strategic commodities parameter sheet." The site is available around-the-clock, whenever you need access to a certification document.
